FAQ
We bought a usb headset, the volume control does not work, either 100 or 0. We checked it on several PCs with windows 10, everywhere the same situation. Perhaps the reason is in the drivers, but there are no drivers on your site, on our pc the headset is defined as JieLi BR21
Hello! The headset works with the standard driver of the operating system. You probably hold down the volume button for too long, so the volume quickly goes to one of the extreme values. Try decreasing the button hold time.
